I Don't Visit That Stl Site Anymore...
I suppose someone out there has said that. I'd like to think that some of you are still visiting though. I apologize for the lack of updates to both this and the Variant Mafia blog. Things have gotten both busy and problematic. We had an attack of some sort on our forum/message boards a little while back. We're still trying to claw our way back out of that mess. We're almost back on track, and should have a forum open again soon. In the meantime though, we hope you'll stick around to see of our variant research and other comic book galleries. We have a ton of great images available on this site that you just can't find anywhere else of some very rare comics. Here are some links to keep you busy until we can get our forum going again:

Forum Outage
Hello folks.
We've had an outage in the last week that I'm sure all of you noticed. We've been trying to do a big upgrade from the old phpBB 2.x to the new phpBB 3.x. This new version shold alleviate any problems that you might have had posting here anytime recently. Unfortunately, getting the update to go through has been far more trouble than we had planned because of issues with our hosting provider and their servers.
The forum is now again open for the meantime. We will again be shutting it down sometime soon in order to try the update again. I'll try and give a little more notice this time knowing that things may not work out. I should have known better this last time that nothing is ever easy, but hey, live and learn, eh? Thanks for your patience, and hope you'll stick with us during these upgrades.

Everything Seems To Be Working...
I suppose we're up and running, eh? Again, I hate to see the old blog go. Its archives stretch back to April 2005, and cover some pretty important times for the site. The good news though is that the old blog isn't going anywhere. All of the pages will remain online. We just aren't going to publish anything there anymore. Any links or references anyone has in place to posts there will still be viable. If anyone has any questions, please email us through the site, or post them on the forum (which is also going to get a makeover soon). Thanks for your patience during our upgrades.

Hello!
Glad to see you made it over here from the old blog! We hate to see it go, but with no new support and updates coming from the software provider, we pretty much had no chice. All of the old material posted there will stay there, so any links anyone has to specific entries will be fine.
