 Black Circle March 1978 - Nov/Dec 1978 These are likely the least rarest issues of the DC Whitman collection. Available in all but very high grades. |
 Star Circle December 1978 - Sept/Oct 1979 While somewhat rare, these issues can be found. Most likely availble in most grades except very high. |
 Clear Circle October 1979 - August 1980 These are likely the rarest issues of the DC Whitman collection. Tough to find in any grade, and high grade is not likely. |
 DC Circle November 1979 - June 1980 Matching the Clear Circle for rarity, these were used only for the title "DC Comics Presents". Tough to find in any grade, and high grade is not likely. |

Please be aware that some of the issues listed on this matrices have not been verified by Stl Comics. We are trying to find a scan/picture of each issue in order to prove its existence. We believe that some of these issues may not exist, and are not to be considered part of the DC Whitman Variant Collection. These issues are marked below on the matrices with a green background. There are currently 4
issues on the matrices that are unverified. Also, please note that there are 5 months on the matrices below (June 1978, March-April 1979, April 1980 and July 1980) in which there were apparently no Whitman variants produced of any of the titles. These months have been marked below with a red background. |
