On Oct-01-08 at 00:23:57 PDT, seller added the following information:

Thanks so much to everyone who's emailed and called about this book!  Your enthusiasm has been infectious.  Since I now know this is only the 4th copy of this comic known to exist, and some folks have speculated that it's perhaps the highest grade copy discovered so far, I've replaced the original photo with a much better scan, and also included an image of the back cover to give everyone a better idea of it's condition.  You have my apologies for not giving a specific numerical grade, but I just don't feel I'm competent to do so, I hope you understand!  Several of you have asked how many people are watching the auction, and right now there are 14.  All the best, thank you all again, and good luck.

Extra thanks to horkorp for blogging about it, that was totally unexpected.

again, congrats
